James Salter e uma pessoa interessante

Alguém deixou, num comentário neste post, um trecho do que James Salter falou na FLIP do ano passado: "I think books are fabulous. But I don’t think you need to read them. You can live a wonderful life without ever opening a book. Sure, of course! Don’t you think so? What it really gives you is a look at the lives of others, and through that, somehow your own life is enriched. If you read them, good, I’m interested in you.
